• What are credits and how do they work?
You can easily purchase credits through your account after completing your registration. Once you have credits available, you can use them to download any of the educational materials offered on our website: https://printmyenglish.com.
Each resource has its own credit cost, which is clearly displayed as the “price” when you open the material. This allows you to choose and download the resources that best suit your needs.
• How can I purchase credits?
From your account, you can choose from a range of available credit packages designed to suit different needs. Once you select your preferred option and proceed with the purchase, the available payment methods will be displayed for you to complete the transaction securely.
• How do I download educational materials?
To download a material, simply open the resource you are interested in and click on it. Then select the option “Purchase for X credits.”
Once the material has been purchased, you will be able to choose your preferred download options, such as with or without an answer key, as well as a coloured or black-and-white version.
All materials you have purchased will also be saved for easy access. You can find them at the top of the page under the “Purchased” category, located between “Favourites” and “Offers.”
• Can I print the materials after downloading them?
Yes, all downloadable materials can be printed for your use after download. Please note that this applies to printable resources only and does not include audio files.
• Do my credits expire?
Your credits do not expire, so you are free to use them whenever you need.
Please note, however, that the prices of materials you have not yet purchased may change over time and could differ from those at the time you originally bought your credits.
